GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Duly filled-up visa application form (signed)

Two passport-sized colored pictures with white background (must be taken within the last six

months from the application (please don’t use color white blouse/blazer) (Must be taken within 6

months)

Original passport (At least 6 months valid beyond intended stay)

Original old passport (if not available, need to provide explanation letter)

Copy of passport data page Original & Copy of previously used Chinese visa (if applicable`)

Copy of roundtrip airline reservation

Copy of hotel reservation and daily itinerary

Original personal bank certificate (must have at least Php100,000 per applicant and must

include account type, current balance, account, opening date, 6 months average daily balance

and must attached original official receipt/debit memo/certification of waived fee from the

bank)

Original bank statement or certified thru copy of passbook for the last 6 months

Copy of recent personal income tax return

Copy of PSA birth certificate and or marriage certificate (if travelling with immediate family)

Original employment certificate with leave of

absence (must include applicant’s position,

date hired, compensation, office address and

Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Visa approval is at the discretion of the Visa Officers. We cannot guarantee 100% Approval.

Visa submission is within 3 working days after the receipt of complete documents and if

there are no additional requirements needed. We strongly suggest applying at least 1 A month prior to the travel date, because there are times when the visa officer is requesting for additional documents.

All submitted documents are considered as FILED and no refunds shall be made in case you may have a change of mind on your application.

For a denied application, you can re-apply after 6 months. No Refunds shall be made for the Visa Assistance fee, regardless of the decision made on your application.
